I recently collaborated with EEM World to compose the music for the Longines Masters 2018 in New York City! The music was used for the sound & light shows happening before the “Walk The Course” of the riders during the event. I composed and produced a new audio logo for the competition and used that audio logo as a main motive for 4 different variations of the sound & light shows.
The variations were all done in completely different styles. The first and main one, was an epic orchestral piece that focussed on the prestige of the Longines Masters. I also composed a swing-style version that featured a full big band, an arena-style rock version and a hybrid electronic version featuring the sound of ticking clocks to underline the fact that it comes down to miliseconds for the riders to win or lose the competition.
I am very happy to have worked with EEM World to provide the music for this prestigious sports event and I am looking forward to making more music for them!
If you love horses and you haven’t heard about the Longines Masters, definitely go check them out!
